Interest Rates

So what do you think of Mr. Greenspan, and his new book? He seems to think we will go off the deep end without him in the drivers seat. Wouldn't it be great if good news sold books, but that is not the case. 

Even with the markets being a little shaken with the Fed's 1/2 of percent rate drop instead of the 1/4 interest rates are doing great.

FHA  6.5%

VA  6.5%

CONVENTIONAL 6.5%
